Underglaze Pencils are a great help for signing your work on the bottom of your pieces. They also make a great tool for drawing directly onto the bisqueware surface. Cover with a food-safe glaze and all your drawing skills can be transferred directly to your ceramics. They work just like a pencil crayon. We like to hand sharpen them so we don't loose any precise bits in your sharpener. After decorating, dust lightly with a brush to remove excess particles. Sponge on first coat of clear glaze lightly in order not to smear design.

Offered as a set of six or purchased individually. Fire to a maximum of cone 10 but as they fire higher, they have a tendency to fade.
