Smoked Sienna is a warm, light cocoa glaze with soft, grayish floats. This glaze produces a soft, subtle, opaque surface that layers well with other Potter's Choice Glazes.

   

Layering Top Coat

Here are some examples of PC-37 Smoked Sienna over some other Potter's Choice Glazes (2/2 coats fired to cone 6 on AMACO's #46 Buff Stoneware)



Layering with Celadons

The Potter's Choice glazes produce unique and beautiful effects when layered with the celadon glazes and fired to cone 5/6. Be sure to use three coats of each glaze and let each coat dry completely between applications. These tiles have been fired to cone 6 on AMACO #11 A-mix.
