Why is there no shipping amount in my shopping cart?
Moist clays, glazes and other water-based goods may be damaged if frozen. A carrier that provides heated service may be required for the shipping of these items during winter months. In addition, weight, postal code, value, and the dimensions of the package determine shipping rates. Shipping amounts will be determined for your order and you will be contacted with the shipping amount before we complete and ship your order.
What should I do if my shipment is damaged?
All damaged goods claim must be filed with the carrier. Save all boxes and packaging material for inspection. Please call customer service at 204.284.2964 for help in filing a claim. This must be done the same day you receive the package. Report it to the driver if possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped the same or next day after your credit card is approved. For domestic orders allow 3-5 working days. For international orders, please allow 7 or more working days. You can always contact us for a shipping update once your order has been processed and your credit card has been approved.
Can I place an order without a credit card?
Yes, we will gladly send your order to you COD. This service carries an $8.50 charge in addition to regular shipping and handling charges. Please be prepared to pay for your COD order with certified funds for the exact amount. You will to be notified of the amount of your shipment so you can have the funds available. Refusal of a COD order will result in your account being placed in a "payment-in-advance" status.
I'm missing an item from my order?
If you believe that you are short items in your shipment, please use the following procedure:Do you accept international orders?
- Check your invoice carefully to make sure it is not backordered.
- Check to see if the package has been damaged or appears to have been opened and resealed. If so, file a claim with the carrier. This must be done the same day you receive the package. Report it to the driver if possible.
- If something is missing, call customer service at 204.284.2964 within five days. Please have your invoice handy when you call.
